New Life Installation is a company with a history. The company owner, F. Cesar De Sousa has about ten years of professional siding installation experience and additional years in general construction internationally. Our crew consists of the appropriate number of workers for the job usually between 3-6 professionals. Our goal is to install the vinyl or cement siding quickly AND accurately according to manufacterer's standards and customer satisfaction. We are also experienced and accustomed to installaing windows, doors, soffit, fascia and even decks!*

Residential Reformations

A large percentage of what we do is residential reformation. We are certified and trained by several of the most popular material distributors in the KC metro, and have had many satisfied home owners. We work primarily with cement and vinyl siding, but also have experience with additional materials, and also have installed porch fences, decks, windows, doors, and much more.

Respected References

While we will occasionally get jobs through a homeowner contacting us to work on their personal home, we work mostly as subcontractors for many of the major siding contractors in the area. This website does not serve to compete with them, but more to show the variety of our abilities, references and feedback. We like to maintain professional, respectful and friendly relationships with our contractors and many whom we have worked for are happy to provide references upon request.

Commercial Availability

While our primary focus has been residential homes, we have done many commercial and apartment buildings as well. Again, this work is usually provided as a subcontractor, but if you are a contractor looking for an installation crew, we can provide addresses for several sites where we have installed much more than just siding, and where we have worked under various conditions and with some of the major contractors and suppliers in the KC metro area!
